Love this blog and the writer
This post is a little different to my others. This is me reaching out for people who feel the same way as I do.
I’m a worrier, always have been, probably always will be. That’s not what my anxiety is about, my anxiety started when I had my very first panic attack. I felt dizzy, light headed and thought I was going to faint. This continued to happen for a long time until I was virtually house bound.
As I’ve documented, I’m finally coming out the other side and learning to deal with the physical feelings, and it feels incredible. So what I’m trying to do now is find people who feel/felt the same as me.
I’ve met so many great people with anxiety, and we’re really building a great mental health community, but each disorder is different and although we can look at anxiety as an illness to connect…
